Pruvo has saved travellers around the world millions of dollars by tracking hotel prices and finding them a better price for the same room.
In addition, Pruvo has an artificial intelligence solution that is helping travel companies around the world increase their profitability by automatically reducing hotel reservations that already sold when the market price drops. The main goal is to democratize the hotel industry to ensure that travellers are paying the lowest available price for their hotel reservation.
Can you describe the importance of two key factors to Pruvo development: technology… and customer service.
Pruvo is leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence in order to allow easy access and implementation for travel companies in order to increase their hotel booking profitability and generate more sales. Since we are a global company with customers worldwide, we provide 24/7 customer service in English and Spanish.

We are your partners since June 2020 and were familiar with your company due to our presence in the market.
What led you to move to TravelgateX? What are the main factors that influenced your decision?

Very easy! integration is made 98% on Pruvo’s side and takes on average 14 days to go live.

Pruvo already did the integration with TravelgateX and as such most of the integration is already done.
How does working with TravelgateX and using the TravelgateX API help you to achieve your business goals?
Now that Pruvo´s hotel post-booking profit optimization service is integrated into TravelgateX, all of TravelgateX´s customers can access the service immediately. This facilitates our growth and reaches to hundreds of travel companies that are already integrated into TravelgateX.
